The people who work in the office are never there when they are supposed to be. When you ask for something to be fixed it never happens. They charge way too much for some apartments that they say are renovated. The only thing they' done is apply sloppy coats of paint and changed the carpeting. When I lived here last year the water from the ac constantly leaked water into my master bedroom and got my carpet wet. I reported the the issue twice and was never properly resolved. They were supposed to replace my bathroom sink and redo the ceiling because it was cracking and peeling and they never fixed it. They are under new ownership but i doubt anything has changed if they still have the same lazy office people working there.

When I moved the manager was not nice and responsive. The maintenance crew is not responsive in time.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the wait. The volume of repair orders can become overwhelming at times which can slow down the team. However, we are always working diligently to make sure our residents' homes are in proper condition. If you are waiting on something, you can always call the office to follow up on a request. With that said, we look forward to great times with you and improving your experience.

Communication with office is AWFUL. They give you misinformation and will flat out lie to you to get out of the office. Maintenance and contractors have entered my apartment without notice and the work they have completed has been sloppy and unfinished.
