It was a nice complex other than when I moved they said they never received my 30 day notice which I put in envelope with last months rent so now its on my credit. They never take blame for anything.

The staff is good in following up on issues / requests. Complex is generally quite. For me it was situated close to work and convenient to shopping and other amenities.

The parking situation is unacceptable. When I get home there are not enough parking spots. The office staff is very unaccommodating in resolving the issue and it will ultimately cause me to move elsewhere. Sable palms and south wood reality employees need to learn what customer service is, not quote me information from a flawed parking policy. They care more about the agreement with their contracted tow company than the issues of their own residents.

I've lived in multiple apartment complexes through the years, and Sabal Palms has been my favorite. The staff was always very helpful, maintenance always prompt, and the community was enjoyable.
