North Bluff Apartments

The office staff works very quickly and professionally to resolve any issue, small or big! Very commendable!

Staff is amazing! They go out of their way to help us frequently. They are nice and friendly, and they make North Bluff a great place to live!

Ever since I have been living here, the office staff and maintenance mgr and his staff has always treated myself n my family as part of their family They make sure landscaping is well kept and area is clean. Never had any trouble here. The property staff are very friendly, courteous, respectful n welcoming. You just have to live here to know what am talking about. Mike the maintenance mgr makes sure all ur maintenence request is done in a timely manner. Suzi the office mgr always makes sure u feel at home n part of her family. Hey! Even the office feels homey n welcoming

Still don't understand why properties are allowed to collect application fees for someone who "might" not qualify. Why not wait until availability, go down a 1st come/1st serve list & call potential residents to see if they are still interested...THENNNN give a 24-hr or so timeframe for them to provide the application fee. The person I spoke with said it's bc they're doing all the admin work...but if some ppl obviously found somewhere else to live, why even go through the admin process at all? Literally makes no sense. It's unfortunate, because I love the apartments & I really like the area as well.

This property definitely lives up to its nickname, the gem at the end of Saint Ives. It is so quiet and tranquil here. The office staff is friendly and always helpful. The grounds are always kept beautifully and I absolutely love living here.

Too close to route 26, constant traffic noise and train horns. In the flight path of the airport too.
