Middleton Cove

This is where I would want to call home. I have been trying for 3 months to have that opportunity and willing to wait till there is an opening than to rent somewhere else.. This looks like a great place to raise my grandson. I have looked at many different apartments and Middleton Cove beats them by far.

Worst place I've ever lived. Need way more than 2000 characters to tell about the level of bulling that the staff does to the residents the don't feel "fit" their aesthetic

I have lived here for 6 mo, and from someone in property management, I am highly impressed with this community. I expected to hear my neighbors and what not, but NOTHING! i love it! i picked a non renovated apt home, and still love it! the screened in patios are wonderful touch! I have not experienced any issues (big problem issues) with office staff, all are very helpful and polite. amenities are clean and well kept, pools and walking trails. I haven't used the pet park or the tennis courts, but the pools are AMAZING! and the community is close to shopping, great places to eat and drink and even sign see.

This place is a joke. Do not expect to deal with competent humans if you live here. You'll be doing their job for them since they clearly have no idea how to do it themselves. Good luck!

There are ALOT of bugs throughout the apartment.

The price is way to high for the conditions they offer you. The rooms need more upgrading. Have room for the dogs to run around in thy at has grass. Also get rid of the cats just running around. Office staff is rude. Getting maintance to come out and fix something takes forever!

Middleton cove is absolutely amazing, and I would recommend it to anyone moving to the Charleston area or looking for a new home. The community and the location is absolutely perfect. Also, Debbie along with the rest of the Property Management team goes completely above and beyond any time you need assistance.

I recently moved in and I’ve loved it! It’s affordable compared to other apartments in the area. I’ve had no issues with noise, random charges, stolen packages, etc. so far. Plus, everyone seems really nice! My view is beautiful and I’m close to so much. If you go to the leasing office, ask for Debbie! She is so kind and helped us a ton during our move in process.

Middleton cove is a great place to live. I lived here for 4 1/2 years and have enjoyed every moment of it. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance workers are quick to fix any problems. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet neighborhood in the Charleston area.

Not sure why this place is getting negative reviews. I love it here! All my neighbors are nice, the apartment is in good shape, and the rent is affordable. Plus, there are two pools! If people want to write negatively, they can go pay more to live somewhere else.
