The staff was very accommodating and while not everyone was knowledgable about everything they knew how to get you in contact with the people who did. The grounds were kept up very nicely and the apartment itself was very nice. Also the other people magnolia downs had leasing out the apartments around us were good people.

The parking is a problem some days there is no place to park. Parking space should be visible for residents and potholes filled in. Parking is a major problem
