The staff was very accommodating and while not everyone was knowledgable about everything they knew how to get you in contact with the people who did. The grounds were kept up very nicely and the apartment itself was very nice. Also the other people magnolia downs had leasing out the apartments around us were good people.

Its very quiet, the maintenance are very quick and the neighbors keep to themselves.

The parking is a problem some days there is no place to park. Parking space should be visible for residents and potholes filled in. Parking is a major problem

The maintenance staff is very nice, professional and very quick to handle anything. I have had limited experience withe the office staff, but that is not a bad thing - it means we have been very happy in our unit! The few times I have needed them, they were prompt and courteous. We found our apartment to be very comfortable and met our needs exactly.
