Heron Reserve

Looking for a place, the young lady was very informative, and helpful. When I learn if I will have an assignment there I will be more ready to commit somewhere. Beautiful complex!

Security, quick response to work requests, staff always friendly and willing to assist.

Parking is few and far between when they allow cars who not registered to park in the parking lot and then give warning notices to residents who are forced to park on the grass medians across from the garages in the very back of the complex, not blocking traffic. Long story short, they will ticket paying residents before they through the lost of registered license plates of people who are allowed to park there and who are not allowed.

While living at Heron Reserve for 6 months, several pieces of clothing and furniture were ruined from the stench of cigarette smoking coming into my apartment from other residents around me smoking. Also, the washing machines and dryers were broken for months at a time. The smell was so awful that friends would not come to visit because of this stench.

Not a bad apartment. My only reason I am not gripe is during my time living there I was not able to use the gym for some time due to it being renovated. I do not blame them obviously but hey that is bad timing and luck for me. Other than that it has definitely been my favorite place to live Charleston. You are not far from everything and although traffic can be rough that is just par for the course in Charleston. If I did not buy a house I would still be living here. Staff was also very helpful in every request I had.

I love the location, close by to all your needs. The overall atmosphere is quiet and friendly. Most residents are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of diversity in age, race, and color. It's a Pet friendly place with a big dog park. I feel we live in a safe area.
