We have been living here for over 3 years. We have had our AC break over a dozen times in that span. We have now had the AC break twice in 3 days.

Even when the AC is working (somewhat) it's so old it can't keep up and it runs constantly so our electricity bill in the summer for an 1100 sq ft apartment is $300 per month. We let the office know about this and their response was "that sucks for y'all."

We are fortunately moving out in 2 weeks and couldn't be happier. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. The managers clearly care more about their bottom line than their residents.

Beautiful place to live and good amenities. Unfortunately staff is very unprofessional and not a pleasure to deal with. Very rude and doesn't seem to take concerns seriously at all. Will not be staying.

Our apartment is spacious, updated & could be a perfect place to live. This is not a smoke-free complex & we have suffered with smokers below us. The staff chooses to provide only one solution to the problem which is limited at best. Our home smells like cigarette smoke & we are unable to use our screened porch when the tenant below is smoking. A relatively affordable complex with beautiful grounds, our quality of existence is governed by smokers rights. Choose a smoke-free complex. We will.

Good location, roomy apartments. Love the screened in porch. Well maintained apartments. Parking can be difficult at times. Also, the apartments cost as much as some rental townhouses in the area. So, it is kind of pricey to live here. But I have always felt safe and it is a beautiful area.

Heron Reserve is a clean, friendly living environment - Close to downtown and the beaches. Maintenance responds quickly to your needs. The outdoor landscaping is meticulously cared for.
