I am a military member and have moved many times during my service. I have been fortunate to have lived in a number of nice apartments in good areas. Of all the places that I have lived, Haddon Hall Apartments has been my favorite. The apartments are very nice and the area that they are located in is extremely pleasant. I have been very happy to call Haddon Hall my home. If you like a quiet area that is well maintained and conveniently located, you should definitely consider it in your search.
Poorly built, nice area, Be sure you live upstairs, if not you may get a large noisy family living above you and never get to watch tv without your windows shaking or sleep in because they plop out of bed every morning super early for work. And it is very expensive. Their gourmet kitchens are nice, but appliances are low end, just have more cabinet space. There are other complexes with better rates and more up to date. I realize apartments are noisy, but the noise level above me is not recognized by the management as being noisy, yet there are times (at least 5 out of 7 days a week) where the noise is so bad it shakes the windows. Not to mention their animals shed hair on my lower porch and at one time peed on through the slats in the upper balcony.
Terrible! Apts have gone way down. Noise is bad. They had contest to get favorable reviews but these old apts are old. Getting wrong ppl to try to keep filled up. Dogs are everywhere & make too much noise. Complaints go nowhere.
The apartments at this property are beautiful. They have very spacious and sensible floor plans for prices that I haven't seen anywhere else in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I have loved living here so far. I would definitely recommend this as a great option for anyone looking for an apartment.
The apartments and complex are nice and in great condition. The new property manager is impossible. She's hard to get in touch with and rarely returns a phone call. She seems like she doesn't know what's going on half the time and she's never in the office. I would recommend the property more if there was a different property manager.
