I continue to be disappointed with this Apt complex! I moved here from Ohio, filled out the paperwork, was denied due to a bankruptcy that bI told them about that was also dismissed 5 years ago. I have a reliable job with the Government and could easily afford the rent. They are keeping $300 of the $500 security deposit. Interesting fact, I was accepted immediately and my next choice. We were supposed to get our $200 on 05/05/19 and still haven't received it! I can't afford to just give my money to you and receive empty promises!!!

Great property when owned by Greystar, and the new management really trashed it. Pool always closed, grills always out of propane. Management staff hasnt no clue what is going on....got the date of our lease wrong several times, they were always charging people the wrong amount for rent and having to correct it. Super unprofessional and rude in all interactions I had with them. Upon move out, I left my apartment empty and clean, so I wa surprised there was a $25 trash removal fee. Turns out I had forgotten to empty one cabinet that contained a very expensive Dutch oven that was a Christmas present, and a brand new roasting pan I had intended to use for Thanksgiving. Instead of calling me or emailing me, they charged me $25 and I am SURE someone in the leasing office is the proud owner of my new kitchenware. No use taking to them about this because they literally dont care. They also didnt care that people smoked on their balconies and everywhere else even though it was a non smoking community. Thanks for charging me $25 to throw out over $250 in brand new kitchen ware that I clearly left by mistake, when you have all my contact info to get it back to me.

This place used to be nice. Since changing from Greystar, it has gone downhill. DHEC has closed the pool, there is garbage everywhere in the apartment complex and my apartment has black mold and Brown Recluse spiders.

We pick this place because it's centrally located to my work locations. The amenities are nice the property looks nice and the apartments are good size. The only thing I hate about it is that you have to park at least a quarter of a mile from your apartment. Some days I work as many as 17 hours and the last thing I want to do is walk a quarter of a mile from my car to my front door. At $1,700 a month, one would expect more in this area.

Management and maintenance are terrible. The pictures are deceiving. I think this is a horrible place to live.
