One week without a.c. I spoke with the property manager and she told me i was the 1 in the list to fix my a.c. I say ok a week later she in a rude way told me that she can't enter to fix my a.c. because they don't have a key she don't even send me a note or call me i have to call her they should hired people ready for solutions.
Location and price are good, but that's about it.
I've lived here for 2 and a half weeks and I have already decided to move out. I have had several issues and some have taken weeks to get resolved.
-I filled out my application for one apartment and they changed it without saying anything. I didn't find out until they sent me my lease.
-It took 2 weeks to get a mailbox key from the management
-Upon moving in my oven didn't work. It took 2 and a half weeks and me threatening to move out before I could get someone to fix it.
-They finally came to fix it, but I wasn't home. They left a note on my door that said they don't have a key.... Maintenance doesn't have the key to my apartment
-Charges came on to my account in the middle of the month and was expected to pay it immediately rather than my due date.
-I sat down with someone in their office to talk about these issues and she was extremely rude, kept interrupting me, and didn't want to hear it.
The negatives strongly outweigh the small positives. I'd rather pay a little more and have the apartment management care about doing a good job.
