While most of the office staff is nice and respectful the manager is neither. The maintenance staff does the best the can but the apartment is old and no one outside of the residence seem to care about actually fixing issues. Seems to just want to put a band-aid on until the next problem

The apartment was infested with bed bugs and that was a horrible experience. The office staff was not professional half the time. Only Ms. Julie remained positive and professional. I was not charged the rent that I was supposed to be charged. I was paying rent based on 26 weeks of pay verses 24. Not calculated correctly.
