Safe and clean environment. Pool isn't opened very long and closed often during the season. Laundry mat is broke down 95% of the time. Takes a week or so to get a refund from the 800 #.

They are not always diligent with repairs or complaints. It took 3 mos to have some doors repaired.Over the course of 2 yrs I have lost over 20 dollars in the laundry mat

Our maintenance team works diligently to respond to all requests in the order they are received, but if you feel a request is taking longer than expected, please feel free to stop by our office to check on its status. As for the laundry mat, if you have any future issues, please come see us at the front desk!

The gate to the dumpster gets locked and when the trash compactor is full the trash just sits outside.

We do keep the compactor gate locked and ask that all trash to be placed in the compactor door, by walking up the left side of the compactor and up the stairs. We want you to have the best possible experience at our community and we would be happy to discuss this matter further with you; please stop by our office at your earliest convenience so we can gather more details and hopefully improve upon this situation!
