We have a garage that we will all share (probably for storage). The neighborhood is great and located just 12 minutes from Folly Beach and 12 minutes to downtown Charleston. About me (in primary bedroom), I'm a 27 year old female and have a sweet medium sized dog named Cash. Recently I relocated to the area from Aspen and am really excited to make this house a home with positive, fun-loving women who enjoy everything Charleston has to offer. I love hanging out, shopping & thrifting, checking out new restaurants, concerts, going to the beach, or enjoying a movie night at home. I like keeping all common areas clean and want to share my home with people who are also respectful of our shared spaces and belongings. Second roommate is also a mid 20s female with a sweet old medium dog. Once we have had a chance to talk/meet to determine if we are a good match as roommates, there is an application process that includes a credit check and verification of income.
