Trash and black mold everywhere. We had technical issues (on 17 Souths end) to payments which they flagged as late. We are now being kicked out because of late payments. We know the new management company is increasing rent and now charging for utilities and wash and dryer rental. DHEC shut the pool down last month, no response from management. Building next to us was raided by Police in July. Constant turnstile of tenants and managers. 2 Managers quit last week, the newest manager is quitting as well. Clearly there are issues all around

17 South Apartment is the best place to live, since moving to SC. Peaceful Comfortable Save and Welcoming. The staff is the greatest, knowledgeable and on top of the needs of the tenants.No other place to live on Charleston. I guarantee you will fall in love with the open flow setup of your new home.

Casandra was so kind and helpful when showing us the beautiful apartments that were available. Her knowledge and courtesy made the experience enjoyable and easy! Highly recommend the complex for anyone looking to lease!!

I'm so thankful that I found 17 South Apartments! All of my monthly utilities are included in my rent! It's worry free and brand new! Everything is so modern and bright and the office staff is professional and very welcoming! I highly recommend stopping in because there is WAY more than meets the eye!
