This newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhome sleeps four guests and is situated on a quiet street in the heart of historic downtown HarlestonVillage. As you step through the front door, the spacious living room with seating for 5+ welcomes you with a bright and modern design. Here you will find a Smart TV with cable service and streaming access so you relax and enjoy the space. Overlooking the quaint tree-lined street is a table for two that can serve as a dining area or workspace. Through the living room, you will find an updated and fully equipped kitchen with white quartzite countertops and new stainless steel appliances. Here, you will also find a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer as well as a private back patio that can be enjoyed all year round. On the second floor, the master bedroom greets you with natural light and beautiful design making you feel right at home. With a King size bed, spacious custom closet, and a workspace with a desk, you will find everything you may need for your extended stay. The Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects to the guest room that has a Queen bed and custom closets as well. TWO off-street parking spaces are located behind the unit. Only a few blocks from King Street, this home is within walking distance to many of Charleston's best restaurants, wine bars, shops, Colonial Lake, the Battery, and other historic sights. In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $400 upon signing the lease agreement. * Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax. To the east, King Street is a hub of upscale boutiques, plus restaurants and bars with outdoor patios and a hip vibe. Other things to note- Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times.
