The manager responds readily to requests for repairs. The staff is very friendly, respectful, and very customer-service oriented. The apartments are well-maintained. The landscaping is beautiful and lush. There is always some type of upkeep being done. When I signed my new lease they even offered to have the carets cleaned without my asking! Very convenient location.

The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. They know all of the residents and truly care about their satisfaction and happiness while living at Granby Crossing. I have no complaints and have enjoyed every moment I have lived here.

Came for the good views and location, but will definitely not be staying. I moved in without being told that I had a faulty A/C unit (was frozen on the inside). I was told that it was MY fault that I was being charged almost $200 for my first month of A/C and that it was normal in the summer time (I usually paid $70/month in the summer. Now, they are raising the rent $300 without having anything additional to the complex besides cable (which no one wanted). I would understand if these additions have already been made, but they have not. I will be leaving once my lease ends, and I do not recommend renting at this complex.

I really love this apartment complex! I always feel safe and the location and facilities really make it great. They keep the grounds tidy, which is always nice! Would definitely recommend.
