I moved in during the height of the pandemic but it was still a pretty smooth transition. I like the location and the apartment itself.... however I have the noisiest upstairs neighbors who seem to be moving furniture or something non stop all day long. It sounds like the are rollback desk chair on wheels across the floor! I have contacted the office 4 times now and soon to be 5th but nothing ever gets resolved. When I leave a message with someone after hours Cathy she asks me if I want the office manager to reach out to me... I have yet to hear from anyone. I believe Melissa and Allison are the managers.... I hope someone will do their job to help my situation as I know it can be done!!!

I have lived here for almost three years and prior to switching management companies to Advenir, this was a great place to live. Since the switch, the quality of service has gone significantly down. Despite being nice apartments, I would not recommend living here. The most egregious example of the poor management is from today. Our building water main broke - things happen, I understand that. However, the management company has only communicated with us via email 3 times and shut the water off twice without notice - 2 of the 3 after hours when we cannot contact the office & the call center cannot help. Amenity rooms in other buildings where we could find a bathroom close at 5 and no option was given to access them after hours while the water was being fixed. The leasing agent who can open them is not responding to urgent request from the call center. It is clear fixing this was not a priority & the lack of communication or option to access other areas is unacceptable. Poor management.
