The community and the grounds are very well taken care of. The maintenance staff always take care of my requests promptly. I love my neighbors and enjoy the social activities and meeting other residents. The office staff make sure to go above and beyond for these gatherings. Management takes time to listen to me and provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend Raintree and intend to make this my home for years to come.
I highly recommend this apartment, because it's clean and peaceful place. And it's near in Mccants school, and just beside Bi-lo store. And it's very convenient and accessible , and surrounded by restaurant, gas station, dental clinic,etc...near in Publix and Wal-Mart. Everything is here, i like this place...
These apartments are to old for the rent price , good area to live in . I would not recommend anuybody toblibe unless you like problems, the bathrooms and the ceiling always flood and maintenances isnt any good.
Office women treat you nice at first. Then after you're there awhile, you're treated like a child. They made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about if I came to them with a problem. The maintenance men are nosey and tell ebery least little thing that goes on. I did not enjoy living here at all
I've been here for a year.its a good neighborhood and neighbors are nice and staff.my only issue is I can hear creaking from the walking upstairs.property and maintenance is kelped up
