What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Anderson

I like that it's close to grocery stores and malls. It's in the center of town. It has fantastic schools. The neighbors are very nice as well.

Backs up to a golf course, homeowners association with covenants. Has spacious common grounds maintain by the Home Owners Association.

I love that it is so close to shops schools and grocery stores. Also the trees are good shade. The big old beautiful oak and pine trees offer a magical time.

The closeness to stores conveniently close bus stops and the frequent monitored streets from the cops

It's very quiet and peaceful and the people are very friendly. Everyone is younger and has kids around my age and it's easy to make friends.

I am new to the area so I don't really know much about what stores and things that are around the area. I know that we do have one convenient store less than half a mile from us and that's it.
