Viera Aiken Apartments

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Bugs!! Roaches are sooo bad! I actually had to remove all of my artwork and pictures off of the walls! I have all the pictures & videos of the roaches and the roach crap on the back of my picture frames & its still on the walls. Then you have extreme black mold in walls and ceilings! Ive been very sick & my daughter since we have lived here which has been a year. Its so bad Ive been the hospital. But the treatment will not help until we are out which in soon. Cracked foundation under my carpet in the master bedroom .(bottom floor) cant even walk on carpet without shoes! The smell of mildew is unbelievable ! which stays wet. A large turnaround with maintenance they cant fix anything because so many issues all over & management does not want to fix things.also I still a year later havent had a new or fixed dishwasher its flooded the kitchen every time. Apartments they allow a unbelievable amount of people to live there and they do nothing about it so if you live in the bottom apartment, I wish you the best. They leave apartments unfixed & not repaired until they have a new tenant moving in. All they do is cover it up. Yes, I have proof of that too. All Ive done the 15 months Ive lived here is take pictures and document every single detail literally. I have never in my life have been so stressed out, and my anxiety is out the freaking roof!! So Im only trying to help potential residence at this point. to stay away because this has literally been the worst year of me and my kids life. This is so bad.

Moved from Florida took a tour at Viera Aiken. Mercedes and Brianna went above and beyond for my family. Both are extremely helpful. They helped us fill out the application's and with any questions I had. They both make you feel like your at home. You can stop by the office anytime they make you feel very welcome unlike the last place I lived. The maintenance staff Chris and Brian always comes within 24 hours of request. Nice, quite, and friendly place to live. 10 out 10.

The apartment is lovely but a lot of dogs poop on the ground. Management should take action against the unresponsible pet owner. Nothing Changed even if you reported them.

Dirty, both within the apartment and outside on the buildings themselves. People do not bag their dog droppings so there are always piles of this everywhere, and the flies that love it abound. I would never recommend it to anyone!!

Lived here for a year. This apartment was pure trash! Lots of roaches and old carpet. Management and maintenance is nasty and rude!

Toni, Kerry, D and Ebony were great to deal with. Very professional and courteous. Grounds are well maintained and any service requirements were taken care of within a reasonable amount of time. Would highly recommend Viera Apartments.
