Ive been living in apartment 223C for 1.5 weeks, and I have not been happy at all. I understand that in South Carolina there is a palmetto( water bug issue), but I didnt know it was a everyday problem. I have seen about 6 roaches all sizes inside my apartment. Ive contacted Beverly and Rachel regarding the situation and they have sent pest control twice and Im hoping this time I wont have to deal with those critters anymore Inside my apartment. Apparently the lady that lived there prior to me didnt have a roach problem! I lived in Charlotte, NC and let me tell you I NEVER HAD A ROACH PROBLEM! All my furniture and belongings are clean. This problem better be handled by this week or Im better off leaving this place for good!!!!
LOVE THIS PLACE!! BEVERLY THE MANAGER IS AWESOME!
This place looks amazing
I am moving as soon as possible. I gave them 2 stars because the office staff is wonderful. No complaint there but the apartment itself is the worst. I have seen a roach or "palmetto bug" just about every night since I moved in and I am not nasty. Last night I saw a mouse and put down traps and caught TWO!!! I have called the office and left a message. I'll let you all know how they handle it. Regardless, I am moving. The apartments are old, they need some serious renovations. And if they would clean up the pine needles everywhere they wouldn't have such a pest issue.
