Close to ocean, woods, quiet, but your also 5-10 minutes away from the city and any shopping you might need. Close to major city

we have not too busy streets.we are able to walk around our plat.we have deers in a field.the other neighbors are friendly

It's close to the beach. It's a very short drive to spend the day near the water .people are friendly

My nieghborhood is close to everything that is important to me. Even some of my children have chosen to live here. including my children

i am walkable to a mall which is really nice and efficient for me. I also like how there is alot of area and grass where i can take my dog for a nice walk

I like the quietness of my neighborhood. I also like that people take pride in their properties and keep lawns & yards well kept.
