I have resided at Winchester Park for over ten years. I have lived in three different styles of apartments (changing as my lifestyle changed). The property is beautiful and constant upgrades are being made on the grounds and inside every unit. The office staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Especially during these challenging last few months they have gone above and beyond to make sure the community stayed informed and safe. I HIGHLY recommend this property!!

The people in the office were excellent. The apartment I was shown was small but nice. It was on a second floor so I was unable to take it.

OFFICE PERSONNEL DON'T ANSWER TELEPHONE, THEY DO NOT GET BACK TO YOU, WENT TO RENTAL OFFICE AND SAT FOR 1/2 HOUR ONLY TO LISTEN TO A TENANT COMPLAIN ABOUT HER PET PROBLEM, INDIV. SHE WAS SPEAKING TO LOOKED AT ME AS IF TO SAY I REALLY DON'T WANT TO BE BOTHERED TODAY, SEEMS TO ME IT IS TIME TO MAKE PERSONNEL CHANGES AT THIS LEVEL, YOU ARE ASKING FOR TOP RENT, BUT YOU HAVE NO CLASS MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!
