My daughter and grandson moved in last month. The manager was very easy to talk to and affirmed that Shorewood is a safe and quiet community. He did a thorough walk through and lease explanation. The apartment was painted, new carpets, and cleaned. They had a few simple issues when they first moved in but the manager had the maintenance staff address them within fifteen minutes. So far they are very happy!!
The staff here is wonderful! From the moment I called and asked for help on finding a place I could tell that they were actually happy to help. The property is nice too and i love how private the townhomes are. Great place with nice amenities and very reasonably priced!
Nice apartment ni e neighbors
My fianc and I are renewing our lease for the 4th year. The first few years we put up with a lot of nonsense. When we first moved in, the new management company DFI, purchased the property. There seemed to be a disconnect between previous managers and their corporate office in Boston. The girls in the office would always take a few days to get back to us. It was always a waiting process. Work requests would take days if not weeks. Checks were lost constantly, and the staff didnt seem to care much. The people in the corporate office seem to be a little greedy and are just in it for the money. Long story short, we went to bring in our renewal letter to the office last week to notify them that we were moving out and found there was a new manager. He seemed to be genuinely concerned why we werent staying. First reason was the insain increase in rent. Secondly we had issues in our apartment that havent been address in a year. Every spring we would have ants around the slider and no one ever came. Then a few other little things here and there that were neglected. He took the time to come over to our apartment and document and take pictures of the issues. Maintenance was there within an hour and fixed the problems. He had a pest control agent there the next day to spray. Then set up a follow up meeting to make sure everything was resolved and up to our standards. Honestly we had no intentions of staying but we were blown away by the service that was provided. Moving forward I know we will be happy here and are excited to stay another year. Keep doing what youre doing!
Just moved to the states. The manager found us a very nice sunny 2bhk. Very clean and maintained. We were approved in a few hour and had the lease to sign. Neighbors are very nice. Very quite back here. Thank you Shorewood and staff.
