I lived here last year. While the buildings are definitely not brand new, the staff was accessible and attentive to any issues I had. Location was suburban but still easy access to downtown.

This complex is terrible. The stairs are crumbling in places, the siding is starting to settle and is crooked all ove the place, there are potholes in the road/parking lot, the ac units are rusted out, the railings are breaking out of the concrete, the gutters are covered in grime, the stairs and walkways are pitted, the plant beds have rocks that are sparse and full of weeds and debris, the exterior siding is in need of power washing and replacement, the exterior of the windows that dont open are filthy, the wood retaining walls are rotted out and covered in green moss, cheap interior cabinets, over painted moldings, track lighting(yes track lighting!!! Lol), full mirror closet doors from 1988, this place went from being a premium property to being a filthy unkept dump, low class all the way... this place is 25 years past its prime. Did I mention the rude managers that are blind to all these things??? Stay away!!!

They overcharge for everything, tight parking space. Ladies in the office are so useless, and just arent helpful
