Of course theres construction. It's an evolving project. I dont believe theres heavy construction on sundays.The landscaping and boulder walls are beautiful. Walking trails throughout the woods. A pool and fitness center included ! By far one of the nicest,well thought out apartment complexes in the area

We moved to Highland Hills 8 months ago. Ive found the living conditions here excellent. We have lived in several locations over time and have found this complex by far the best of all the places weve lived. Maintenance is beyond excellent, it is supreme. The apartments are spacious and the appliances are new and essy to clean stainless steel. The outside environment is a combination of forests and fields. Walkways are convenient and provide the opportunity to explore the area. We were here during the winter and found that snow and ice removal was prompt and efficient. All-in-all a great place to call home.

The property is beautiful. The community is great but for some reason A.R. let go of the previous manager, Kim, which was a true error on their end. The place is no longer the same and I am ready to leave due to the lack of communication and mis-management from the office.

DO NOT move here unless you want to live in the middle of a construction zone. Initially when he signed the lease we were told construction would be done in March of 2018, its now November 2028 with no sign of stopping anytime soon. Beyond noisy. Oh and did I mention the construction is 7 DAYS A WEEK. Start around 6am mon-Friday and around 9-10am Saturday and Sunday. The apartments are nice but the walls are paper thin and windows do not keep out the cold at all. In the summer the pool is beyond over crowded, its one TINY pool for soon to be 5 buildings, never enough chairs. If your unit faces the parking lot be prepared to hear EVERYTHING. Never enough parking. You will need to park in a different buildings lot if you get home after 530-6pm. Over priced for sure, not worth it. Cant wait to move!

Moved here 4 months ago from a different "luxury living community" which was far from that. The property is well maintained, apartments are very nice and cozy. Overall a great move on our part! Management and the maintenance are both responsive and amazing! I highly recommend living here
