Location is nice, safe. Close to bus route. Convenient shopping near by. Residents are generally friendly.
They jack up the rent $50 every year. Buildings are in poor condition & maintenance teams are unresponsive to certain issues. Plumbing is bad and all messed up... showers will go ice cold or boiling hot depending on what your neighbors are doing. Plus the hot water heaters are old and take 10 minutes to produce hot water.
Not a terrible place to live, but there are definitely better places to live for your dollar.
P.S. don't try to get out of your lease early unless you want to pay $$$$

Nice apartment however too small . No room for kitchen table and chairs. Looked at a two bedroom and rooms were very small.
I lived here for quite a while. Rent went up each year with no upgrades to my apartment. Paid for laundry, $2 for wash and $2 for dry and the machines suck, sometimes not spinning enough to drain my clothes and the driers never did well. They needed to enter the apartment for some type of fire alarm business once every few months... needed to lock up pet each time - doesnt work for someone who has a job or your pet will be locked up all day while the staff are inside for only 2 minutes. Leasing office hours says Monday-Saturday on the door, never there in Saturdays and rarely there if you stop by during open hours. Poor contact management, never replies fully to inquiries. The staff is really not ever in the leasing office. Parking sucks, too many cars for the spaces- youll have to walk forever to park elsewhere. Walls are so thin, I could hear my neighbor snoring or the people next door laughing (not loudly, just thin walls). The apartment is extremely small for what you pay. No forced air for A/C. No online option for rent. Check only. Outdated in every way.
The leasing woman was not nice. Went on vacation, so Couldnt reach her for weeks and finally reached she wasnt very nice on the phone and not very informative
