A great place to live. Been here 20, plus years.
I truly love living here. The maintenance staff is incredible, always so cheerful and professional. The ladies and gentleman that work on the grounds do a phenominal job and always are extending pleasant hello's. The lawns are always very nicely mowed and the landscaping/mulch and snow removal are always done very well. I am very happy living here.
Maintenance requests are always taken care of in a timely manner. Routine maintenance such as pest inspections and air filter cleaning are reliable and scheduled well. The condition of the apartment is great and the community and staff are pleasant. My only real issue is limited parking in my particular area, which is especially troublesome in the winter when spaces get filled in with snow and are unusable for weeks at a time.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
