The staff at Colonial Gardens is excellent. They helped us find the right apartment and made it very easy.

The staff is excellent and responds quickly to issues. The apartments are efficient and have great soundproofing on the sides but up down is not that great. Parking can be a problem depending on where you live. Most places have ample parking but some end buildings need more spots or assigned spots.

We lived in these apts three times at various times over 10 years. The biggest plus side is the location. Very quiet area, out in the country. When we first live here the rent was extremely responsible. That has changed rapidly over the years. Its odd because since the complex is out in the country and at least 15-20 minutes from the regular grocery store, its not located closely to main stores. It does have a small country store and a gas station close but the country store is very expensive. The Water, Sewer & Trash used to be included now its not. The units are not ideal for a large family. They did add some larger units after we moved the 1st time. But the cost is very high. Bottom line, nice place to live but for the area very pricey.

Large leasing company with inept management that over charges you for damages upon moving out.

This place was quiet clean amazing . I travel to Baltimore daily so days when I came home o wanted calm serenity. This place provided it (2011)
