    The staff at Colonial Gardens is excellent. They helped us find the right apartment and made it very easy.

    The staff is excellent and responds quickly to issues. The apartments are efficient and have great soundproofing on the sides but up down is not that great. Parking can be a problem depending on where you live. Most places have ample parking but some end buildings need more spots or assigned spots.

    This place was quiet clean amazing . I travel to Baltimore daily so days when I came home o wanted calm serenity. This place provided it (2011)
