Friendly and helpful staff, speedy and efficient maintenance crew, and beautiful apartments.
I could not possibly be happier here. My neighbors are quiet, the development is clean, I feel really safe here, and I love my apartment. The location is great because it is close to 30 - but not so close that you can hear 30. Also, Kenneth Road really does not get a lot of traffic, even though it is so close to 30.
Some of the exterior is dated and apartment could use new kitchen cabinets.
The snow clean-up this past winter was abhorrent compared to other apartment complexes I have occupied.
The lightening in my stairwell remained out for over a week, and my appliances aren't modern and are rather noisy.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
