Spacious apartment, quiet neighborhood, everything is included in the rent except for cable and electric, snow is quickly cleared from parking area and sidewalks after a storm, enjoy having a gym on-site and open 24/7, attractive/clean grounds, and monthly flyers to remind me of upcoming activities. They take a lot of worry out of renting.
The property is well-maintained. Maintenance responds quickly to requests. Rent increases are reasonable. Staff is friendly and competent.

The Management in the Rental Office is courteous, prompt, easy to approach, very professional, and friendly. The Maintenance Team is prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The grounds are well groomed, and I appreciate the rules outlined in our lease to help our neighborhood look presentable. I also appreciate the fitness center, pool, and occasional events. The apartments are smaller than others in the area, and the recreational amenities (courts, fitness center, etc) need updating.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
