The community is quiet, well kept, and friendly.
Very quick maintenance responses and repairs. Off the beaten path location with good Latino for commute to Hanover area.
Overall we are happy living at Rolling Hills. However when we 1st moved in we had to clean the apartment from top to bottom because it was NOT done. It is obvious that some of the rooms in the apartment were not painted either. The main concern/problem we have is how energy INEFFICIENT the apartment is. In the winter our furnace would run a lot more than what it should have and the same now in the summer. The upstairs is by no means comfortable to sleep in due to it being hot even with AC.
Our maintenance department is excellent in responding to resident's needs.
The pool area has really been updated for a more enjoyable visit. Overall the property is well landscaped; however the company is very slow at fixing broken lights at entrances which makes it very dark to see where to turn in at night.
