I recently leased an apartment at Rolling Hills Apartments, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial viewing to the signing of the lease, the staff was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. The leasing agent who helped me was knowledgeable about the property and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She was also very patient with me as I considered my options and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Once I decided to move forward with the lease, the process was very smooth and efficient. The staff made sure I had everything I needed and kept me updated throughout the process. Since moving in, I have been very pleased with the apartment itself. It was clean and move-in ready, and any maintenance requests I've submitted have been handled quickly and professionally. Overall, I would highly recommend Rolling Hills Apartments to anyone in the market for a new apartment. The staff is top-notch and the apartments are well-maintained and comfortable.

DO NOT MOVE HERE: I have lived here for 2 years. Every year we have incidents with ants, spiders, and even bees. Ontop of the retaliatory nature of the service. If you report something and they feel a certain way. They will bring the corporate hammer down. And threaten eviction. Even under the new management thats onsite. It tends to be unrelated to the thing you brought them in to fix or do. But they will find something to poke at you about.
