Greenbriar Estates

My family and I absolutely love this place. We moved in about a year ago and we still love it like the first day we toured. It's close to all stores and supermarkets. It's quiet and neighbors are friendly. Lots of space in our home. Playground for the kids to play in. The gym is my favorite! We'll be here for a while.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! We toured a while back and fell in love instantly. The office staff was very informative and helpful. As soon as our lease is up my boyfriend and I will be applying!

The townhomes are spacious we have enough room to comfortably fit our furniture. My family and I searched and searched for the perfect home and Greenbriar Estates was our #1 choice. The office team is very helpful from the beginning up until today. The grounds are kept very clean. The maintenance crew gets the job done! Thumbs up for you all!!!

This is a good place to live I went to their office yday the 2nd of April and the lady I met there was so awesome I forgot her name ready to do everything to help us get a place for a very short time. Ready to do everything to accommodate everyone , it does not matter where u come from that is how good they are and my kids felt so comfortable to play around them.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT rent a place without seeing it the day of move in. We did based on seeing a similar place. We were told the occupant was only there a few months and the place would only need a minor cleaning before we moved in. We were also told that carpets were inspected between occupants and they were replaced when they started to show wear. We moved in on a beautiful sunny day and when we were taken to the townhome all the windows were opened in advance "to take advantage of this beautiful day" we were told. Once everything was closed up we realized why. The place stank of dog and dirty waxy water. The kitchen was waxed over top of the dirty floor (lots of dirt was waxed into the floor), the shower had pits in it (my guess is that the dog was washed in the tub), we were told the balcony was going to be refinished in the next couple days (it never was), and there was rotten trash in the recycle bin from a big dog that obviously had medical issues (there was a large cone along with rotten gauze). We already moved our items in so what were our choices. WE shampooed the entire place at our cost. We were never really able to rid the place of the stink. We were told there was no noticeable odor. The tub issue was corrected by spray painting it. It wasn't cleaned first, he just spray painted it and said let it dry. It looked worse than it was when he was done. You CAN hear your neighbors contrary to what is represented. What's worse is we moved there to save to build our dream home. We signed a lease for 18 months based on this plan. We moved out in 12 months because we could no longer stand to live with the condition of this unit. So we had to pay an additional 2 month penalty for leaving early.
