Not worth more then 1200 a month for pleasant town homes my opinion parking is first come first server which is stupid when most of the neighbor all have family members from different states come to stay for days on end and your coming for long days at work and got to park your car in the visitor spots no parks in the areas or somewhere kids can play without having to go to the parks but the rent is 1556 now but dont worth it

This ppl denied me a place because of something I had in me record which was over ten years old ppl change I just felt like they was judgmental from the start

Little.pricey considering no.ugilities included outside of that pretty.good. not too many avail o e in July all.elec, only other is a second floor Aug or sept.
