Parkview Court

The maintenance team is great and they keep the grounds as nice and clean as they can. There are some messy tenants but that's not the fault of the property. My building is quiet and clean. There were a few pest issues in the beginning but we have no issues (knock on wood) now. The apts are very spacious and the neighborhood is pretty good! I have no negative reviews because the overall has been positive and I have been a resident since 2012.

I loved the lay out, for the price you get a lot,I would recommend it to who ever is looking to move

They don't take family dogs just services dogs and only cats

Office staff seemed frustrated and spoke forcefully demanding for identification rudely. They did not explain anything and actually walked away shouting have a good day. The staff acted rather passive aggressive with no cause that I could understand. I am very disappointed and saddened by that treatment from this residential office.

This apartment complex is collecting application fees. They dont have available space , but they will tell you that they do

A great apartment place at affordable cost. The environment is safe. The leasing office is asessable and willing to help. Its a place you should live in. You will have no regret you did.

I currently live here at Parkview Court apartments. This place is not worth the money you pay I have over 10 micr holes in my two bedroom.
