    It was a beautiful place a long time ago, but has it's downside as far as senior living.

    The maintenance team is great and they keep the grounds as nice and clean as they can. There are some messy tenants but that's not the fault of the property. My building is quiet and clean. There were a few pest issues in the beginning but we have no issues (knock on wood) now. The apts are very spacious and the neighborhood is pretty good! I have no negative reviews because the overall has been positive and I have been a resident since 2012.

    While walking the Parkview properties and community found it to be very clean and impressive
    The leasing manager, Ms.J.Treasure was very professional, informative regarding the properties amenities, floor plans and affordability in the area.

    I found the Parkview Court properties centrally located to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and public transportation all to accommodating and cost effective.

     I definitely looking for to being a new tenant soon.
