I have loved living here for many years. I am excited and looking forward to all the beautiful and wonderful changes being made by the new owners on the interiors & exteriors of the property. In the short time they've taken over it is beautiful. I can't wait for the new pool area & clubhouse to open.

I was met with a warm and welcoming greeting and found the apartment so clean and fresh... ready to move in! This is a huge comfort when moving from a 50+ year family home in a different state which was very 'Bittersweet' to leave! Settling in has become much less of a burden than predicted...

For the premium we pay to live here, the overall care of the units is lacking. With the new company coming in, I believe change may occur. Indivualized heat, would be a plus. I don't want to pay for the granny who runs her heat all day. A set rent rate would also make things fair. Residents who have lived here longer shouldn't be paying more then new residents who are moving into units with brand new paint, carpeting, and upgrades. Or, replace things every year!!
