From my move-in to my move-out, I got the worst experience I ever had since I rent. On my move-in day, my apartment was unfinished. Bedroom flooded days after my move-in. For any work order I put in, maintenance will not show up at least 2 - 3 weeks later. Staff unprofessional, especially the manager: she was too cold whenever I talking to her: In fact, do not waste your time meeting her. She will never solve your issue; she always acts as if she doesn't care. The best advice? If you have any issue, just call the headquarter and your issue will be resolved ASAP. Moving out was another worst experience. I will never recommend this apartment.

Stay away! Never take care of issues in timely manner, the apartments are shoddy and very poorly maintained. The company makes the homes look appealing on the outside but does not take the same level of care to the insides. Constantly understaffed maintenance people. If you lived there for awhile you are paying the same or just under what they charging for new upgraded apartments without all the upgrades. All they want is that rent check.

The service is trash and unprofessional they are back then it was a nice place to live not anymore.

The maintenance people are horrible and take forever to get anything fixed. The lease office ladies are rude and judgemental. Dog poop everywhere and trash as well. People barley throw away their trash in the dumpster that set it aside it. Walls are a flat paint and get dirty from touching it with your hands very hard to clean the walls because the paint starts rubbing off. Poorly done job on making the place. My bathroom shower is falling apart since I moved in. I have mold in my shower, balcony doors were taken and said they would be replaced. I have been waiting over 7 months for a replacement door. Poor poor place to live. Not worth the price at all.

It seemed as though once the lady at the leasing office found out we were college students, they were not helpful. When we showed up, there was a tennent in the apartment that they wanted to show us. Very unpleasant experience as they were unprofessional, and unwelcoming.

Appliances and cabinets are worn and dated. Closets reasonable size. Landscaping in the middle of an overhaul, however very limited plans regarding updating of actual apartments. Nothing is included in the overpriced rent. We'll keep looking.
