Do not move here! The owner is a slum lord and a criminal. Nothing is fixed and if they attempt to fix it they never return to fix it. I went 3 years without air conditioning on a 2nd floor apartment and it was 90 degrees in the summer. I had to buy my own window units. They told me to deal with it! There was a fire in Feb of 2018 due to squirrels chewing wires. Four apartments were burnt to the ground, people were displaced and yet nothing has been done about the squirrel problem. They live in the roofs and all the utility closets. MMG also bills you for everything after you move out! You will not get your security deposit back! I was forced to forfeit my security deposit because we moved out 3 months early and they still charged me for "cleaning" and "repairs". There is a different property manager every 3 months and none of them know anything. This place sucks!

Management company is unresponsive to inquiries both through Apartment guide and it's own website. Specifically requested the floor plan I was seeking and only received back a generic email after waiting several days for a response. Haven't heard back to my follow up request for information after another week. This seems consistent with reviews from tenants regarding maintenance issues. A little surprised this is how they treat potential renters.

Terrible Maintenance. Noisy Neighbors. If it wasn't for the school district I would not be here. Thank goodness it's my child's last year. They never fix anything or get back to you. The apts are old and worn down. They just patch things up but never truly fix anything. They have a high turnover of property managers and they don't care about your complaints just getting their rent. So go ahead and move in but don't say I didn't warn you.

Revolving management, revolving maintenance crew, poor maintenance. Lawn is never mowed, weeds are growing like crazy and never maintained. Corporate does not provide a proper maintenance crew which enables them from completing jobs. The few the manage to complete have to be redone because it's always shoddy work from under qualified staff. They are sure to collect rent and their utility payments on time or else charge major fees, so I have heard. If your thinking about renting here - keep looking!!!
