No tried to get ahold of them several times and no response I dont use your service no more very unhappy

The office staff is exceptionally nice. The apartments are very dated, which to some may make them quite charming. The only real problems I had were the strange layout of the space, lack of storage and issues with parking. The area where the building is located is also not in the best neighborhood.

Thank you for your kind words about the staff at the Weightman. We strive to take care of our residents, and the building. We would like to point-out that most of the apartments that are now being made available to new tenants feature a "modernization". Many receive updated new flooring, updated new countertops, and new lighting fixtures. So even though you decided to not lease from us, most new residents may have a more modern apartment. That holds true for the layouts as well. We have so many different floorplans, only a few of the apartments are exactly alike. Therefore most everyone is likely to find a layout that suits them. We'd also like to point out that the neighborhood is in the downtown historic district. We understand that "city life" is not necessarily everyone's preference. The Weightman is a secured-building offering great value, great service, and many physical upgrades to the building and apartments have been made recently.
