What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About William Penn Annex East

Walk to all. CITY lifestyle high rise, but sidewalk cafes, like smaller town.near art galleries, entertainment and theatre all walkable

Neighborhood is close to many restaurants and the Bay to Gulf of Mexico. I would recommend the neighborhood to others as a great place to live.

The majority of the residents where I live are elderly, friendly, self-sufficient people who are readily available with a smile and a friendly greeting. The locale is perfect whereby I am able to walk to restaurants (with varied ethnic cuisines), bars and shops and if I don't feel like walking the county bus line is only feet away and runs all day long.

There's a little park nearby with two nice sized ball fields and a volleyball place which is nice to hang out at.
