Excellent place to live. Great staff and fantastic maintenance. Easy access to 81, 80, turnpike, Cross Valley. Pool, fitness center, wonderful neighbors.
We have been residents at the apartments for the past six years and have had not one negative experience since we arrived. Maintenance is outstanding and the office is friendly and hard working. There is plenty of parking and is close to shopping, and major roadways.
They need to update inside apartments the outside looks great but inside looks old.
Ive been a resident at East Mtn Apartments for almost 10 years. I find it is a very clean, safe and friendly environment. The maintenance staff are wonderful and very efficient. They are very quick to respond to any minor or major concerns/problems. The fitness center and pool amenities are a great bonus and are always kept very clean. The location is also extremely convenient to the major highways along with malls and restaurants.
The winter weather the past several months has been troublesome and dangerous. At one point I walked to my car for something and suddenly the sidewalk was a sheet of thin ice. I used my iphone to call the office and help came immediately. I have
had no difficulty leaving for 8am medical appointments on multiple occasions as snow/ice on
the sidewalk and parking lot had already been
addressed by our very capable maintenance staff.
