Landscaping is nice round the upper buildings..the 910 building is neglected. It would be nice to have assigned resident parking since VERY often visitors and residents with several vehicles take the closest spots. I'm still not clear on the rent raises... I've been a resident since 2004 and people that have been a resident for 5 years are only paying $3 more per month than me.??? I'm a senior on a fixed income. I would like to know how the rent raises are calculated. Thank you.

Apartments are very nice; maintenance is beyond excellent as well as landscaping. Unfortunately, rent increases will eventually make it unaffordable but in the meantime, it is a wonderful place to live.

Staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Maintenance guys are very helpful, and always tend to problems quickly. Grounds are kept clean and the landscaping is always cared for.
