The Brooke by OneWall

The Brooke provides beautiful and spacious apartments at an unbeatable price. Management is polite, professional, and extremely responsive to the few issues that may arise. The apartments are within 5 miles of nearly every store and restaurant you can imagine, the Lehigh Valley Mall, the PPL Center, Coca-Cola Park, (the list goes on) while being situated in a nice and quiet residential area. We have been more than satisfied during our time at the Brooke.

Do not rent this place. Upon my first lease my girlfriend and I were told that we could not use the storage unit on the second floor units because of a leak. Marie the leasing agent assured us that the closet would be fixed and taken care within a week. Sadly we waited 2 months before we could move our excess belongings from our small living room to the unit. Unfortunately 1 month later I noticed all our belongings we soaked and ruined. Now to move out I need all new suitcases. My girlfriends Christmas decorations from her late grandmother are gone and I lost an expensive golf bag. I was also promised a second parking spot close to my unit, but every night for a year I had to find a guest spot to park my car, and often walk quite a distance to our apartment. If that doesn't convince you to not rent here, the company was previously bought out by "One wall". With our new lease we must pay $50 for the pool, that my girlfriend and I never used. To make that worse it's closed on Sundays. The only day I could possibly use it. And if you ever have a problem good luck trying to get them on the phone.

Stay away from this property management. They charge excessive late fees to water sewage trash etc. and consider those fees as a rent. If you refuse to pay that, they file a complaint to court. Everything is setup in a way to get more money from you. It's just trap. They charge late fees for late fees, for real. They keep sending quit or pay mails for those late fees which makes you uncomfortable all your stay. There is no playground in walking distance. Not much kid friendly, also, if you have kids, not a good place.

A safe peaceful place to live convenient to local businesses and health care facilities. The grounds are attractive and the homes are well laid out.

This community is better than expected. Clean, management is great, and rent is very reasonable. This is definitely Home Sweet Home . I would recommend this community to anyone and everyone that looking to rent a home.
