This was one of the worst places I have ever lived in. The maintenance staff would hide in empty apartments and then come out staggering. Most of the staff was strange and would question what time people worked and returned home. The staff would also come into apartments unannounced. My heating bill would run between $400 - 500/hr a month, and furnace was always in winter, I think because they would never service anything. I waited my year and left right away. Renters beware.
