I am new to the area and was extremely excited to move to the area. Randi was very kind and helpful with the process. However, the day I received the keys the apartment was a mess and there were multiple broken items. There was trash on the floor, eaten food, bleach splashed all over the bathroom to the point your eyes were burning. I went to open the washroom door and the door fell off the hinge, the fan/light was broken in the bedroom, the window in the bedroom was broken as well. I went back to randi after finding the apartment in this shape and she was extremely apologetic and said it would be taken care of and she would let the manager know. The following day the manager Cory called me and say that she would not have the apartment cleaned again because it was cleaned once. This is not a cheap apartment and no one should be paying 2,000 a month to find the apartment on move in day with trash all over the apartment. This complex is not professional. It is a shame and I suggest looking elsewhere. The management- Cory especially made this a disappointing experience for me.

Management is terrible. They are also scammers as well. Please believe every single negative review on here when it comes to management, you will not have a pleasant experience.Upon arriving to view and tour this apartment, I thought that I would have a great experience. Ive met with Victor and he He was very nice very helpful at the time. I applied and was approved. I gave a partial security deposit on November 19 and upon my move-in date, they mysteriously miss placed my check when I know I gave it to Victor in person and saw him put the check in the drawer. I spoke to a new woman named Anne Marie and she requested that I pay for security deposit. Why would I hand in another check? Just for you guys to mysteriously miss-place it again? They canceled my application and seriously wasted my time. Please do not go through them. Youll find better apartments in better areas than this one.

Have just moved in. The office staff has been very helpful over the past months since I first signed my lease in May to move in August. Manager Liz has been very responsive.

The management is excellent .....they changed about a year ago....problem is with floors without carpeting.....upstairs neighbor is very active and you hear everything. Not built well.

Moved into Jefferson two years ago and just signed another renewal. I was hesitant at first based off the old management but now seeing familiar faces on a daily basis and knowing that Liz and Ron have the office under control and Earl and Dave are rock stars of maintenance. Looking forward to another year of good living and peace of mind knowing they will do the best job.

The Apartment complex itself is excellent. The grounds are well kept and the apartments are kept in great shape. The amenities are great too. The problem is with the management. They are totally unresponsive, never return calls and are slow to do anything about a complaint. After several calls to ask a simple question it was necessary to go to the office because my calls were not returned. The office staff was not at all helpful and seemed not to care.
