The view is amazing. Shopping and restaurants are all just minuets away. Parks are just down the street. I love living here.

It's quiet. Houses and yards are well maintained. People are friendly and care about each other. It's close to schools, area restaurants and stores.

Close to shopping and food. Walking distance to things. And short drive to city. There is also 2 parks near by

It has a park for kids. Shopping and restaurant within walking distance. Walmart, dollar general, and sheets nearby.

It has walkability. There is a common meeting place. The people are friendly. That is three sentences

It is very quiet here. We do not have to worry about a high crime rate and it is safe to leave packages on the porch as not many people are seen walking up and down our roads.
