This place was sold and new management is very rude and disrespectful. No difference as the old management. Dirty apartments, poor maintenance. Insect infestation all year round. Dirty, old and broken carpets and kitchen appliances. I wont recommend this place. For the price you can find better and new apartments. Not worth the money.
Do not get a first floor apartment. There are many issues and never a permanent solution.
The apartments are great. Adele and the staff are wonderful. No sooner do I call if something breaks, it is fixed within a day or two.
The only strange thing is the other tenants are not very friendly or approachable.
