We will be starting our 2nd year here, 2020.. It was a rocky start with some neighbor's smoking but with the help of MGT. all has been resolved for our concerns. We love it here now. New owners since 2017 ( about ) and Maintenance is top notch. It is convenient for work, and close to I-95, and food shopping. WAWA, Walmart and Giant are near by. Must have a car as most are a distance.
I used to live in the Aston area at the Hidden Valley Terrace in the 70s when they had still had a pool! I've been in Florida off and on 4/8 years and want to move north the end of the year. My lease here expires the end of November. From the pictures it really looks like a real nice place to live! Thank you, Liz
