IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS I WOULD!!! We were there for a year and saw management change THREE times. We were NEVER notified about it. They say "luxury" but what they mean is overpriced CRAP apartments. The size was nice, but there was virtually no padding underneath the carpet, our tub faucet fell off THREE times after they fixed it, they "fixed" the baseboards from the previous owner by spackling them, the grass is cut ONCE a week and it is ALWAYS long, it took them THREE months to fix our dishwasher (that STILL never worked), and so many more issues. Management NEVER gets back to you. Calling, emailing, facebook messages... unless you caught them in their office (which was almost never) there was no hearing back from them. We have been moved out for about two weeks and have heard nothing about the security deposit. The pool wasn't open for the first month of summer. Maintenance ALWAYS changed. It was a NIGHTMARE living here. My neighbor had 12 mice in her home and overnight maintenance said it wasn't worth coming out and she had to wait until morning. It was so crazy overpriced and the lists of negatives goes on forever. Word of advice... STAY AWAY!!!
The worst experience!..Check Google reviews on they're managment company Metropolitan Managemnt Group for the REAL REVIEWS!!
Lots for closet space , people living here are friendly. Nice apt for the price.
I thought the apartment would be much more soundproof. Everyone seems respectful and like good people, however you can hear entire normal conversations and TV noise through the floors.
Was drawn to the Reserve because of the fact it was a newly built complex and after comparing it to others in the area the overall appearance and quality of the rooms was worth it,
