I've lived here for a year and just renewed my lease for an other year.I love it here I have no complaints maintence attends to problems quickly. Nice clean neighborhood peace & quiet.
I like the open areas around the apartment complex. I do not feel closed in by other buildings.
I have lived in this community for over 16 years. My apartment was brand new when I moved into the complex that was billed as luxury apartments. In the last couple of years, I have seen a downgrade in the types of people living here. They are now allowing dogs that bark and pap if they see you getting out of your car. Besides, many of these tenents, allow their pet to do their business anywhere and then do not clean up after the pet.
The grass cutting is sloppy and I usually have to sweep off clippingo from my sidewalk. Maintenence for items in my apartment aren't done in a timely manner. Also, maintenence workers walk right in not even giving you time to open the door or get dressed.
The only thing that keeps from giving a rating of excellent is the amount of time that it often takes to have maintenance issues addressed and the time between grass cutting this past summer which allowed the grass to get too long so that there was an excessive amount of cut grass laying after cutting. Also, the property manager is not on the premises as much as I would expect.
