      They were demanding ridiculous amounts of income a month for these apartments!! 3-times the new amount of the rent!!! If you are making that much a month you can be buying your own home and pay that a month!!

      I think 29 pages of paperwork is absolutely ludicrous. All these questions seem to invade on my privacy.. So I'm passing up on Avalon

      The apartments are spacious and the residents appear super friendly. The staff has been very helpful, so far.

      Management ghosts you. If you need something fixed it'll take 2 months. Neighborhood are loud and rude. Dogs barking 24/7, not being cleaned up after. If you have kids or animals living above you they're very loud. Cats sound like bowling balls running around. They're constantly renting out apartments before the tenant has even had the chance to fully get out and clean. This place might be spacious, but it's far from anything great. It's expensive, electric will cost half of what rent does especially in the winter.

      Moved in when the building first opened and was told that it was an adult only building. Upstairs neighbors moved in with 4 children and then flooded my apartment by overflowing the toilet. Management is worthless. Snow removal was terrible.
