I have attempted for over 2 months to resolve a problem with loud neighbors at Creekside, they have done nothing to help me and have basically told me that they don't believe that my neighbors are too loud and to shutup about it. Don't rent here.
Overall unsatisfied with Creekside Court apartments. For one, not only did the price of doing a load of laundry go up (despite Creekside's additional revenue from having more apartments filled this year), but it is completely unrealistic to have to put money on a laundry card. Sometimes unforeseen instances happen where, say, my dog gets sick in the middle of the night and if I don't have any money on my card, I can't throw his bedding in the wash. Quarters would have been a better way to go.
Would have been excellent, but the residents living there make it just good.
I was convinced to live here due to the fact that when I signed, it was marketed as 100% student housing. I resigned last year for the current year with the same 100% student housing guarantee. Creekside has begun to place non-students (families with young children) in the buildings on one half of the premises while students are still currently living in those buildings. It will not let me comment more, but if you are a student, I advise you live somewhere else. You won't have a good time here.
I love Creekside! Before I went to Ship, both my roommate and I were looking at on campus residence and were shocked at the price. And we nearly lost hope until a classmate mentioned Creekside. We checked it out and loved it! Its been over a year since we moved in and haven't regretted it since!
