Communication from rental to residents management is poor.
My experience with the apartment complex has been pretty poor. I can hear my upstairs neighbors no matter what they're doing, even when they're urinating and I'm in my living room. There are not enough overhead lights for the space to properly function, particularly the bedroom. The stove is incredibly old and uneven. And speaking of uneven, the floor doesn't feel remotely level. The front door rattles every time someone opens the hall door. The plumbing in the tub is in need of major repair as it is difficult to turn on the shower. This is the condition it was in AFTER repair. Building rules are obviously not enforced as my acrossthe hall neighbors like to leave their shoes all over the floor in the hall, and my upstairs neighbors have two dog that are both obviously over the weight limit for the building. They rattle everything in my kitchen when they run around. You can't have an electric toothbrush here and have it charge unless you leave your light on so the switch stays on. The forced air system is extremely drying and loud. The vent in the bathroom rattles a lot too. Overall the apartment is overpriced, the space wasn't properly maintained through the six years I lived here, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
When we moved in it wasn't bad but we had a lot of issues with maintenance and such saying they would come in at vague times and working third shift doesn't make that easy. It's also a bit ridiculous the price that we were paying by the time we moved out which is why we ended up just buying a house. It would have been a lot easier if there were lines painted in the parking lot as well. The cleaning people also never cleaned the cobwebs off the walls which bothered me. Other than those things it was a good place to live.
